Is there anyone here using a bosch 044 as a in tank fuel pump?

if someone answered YES, would that add anything important to this post?

there are a lot of people using that pump, the silbeer car uses it.

what is your question, maybe then people can add to your post.

yes i have done it.. works well

tight fit, requires some cutting and making of brackes on the stock fuel pump assembly...

Bosch 044's are great pumps, a bunch of the supra guys run them, my only concern is they are quite a bit larger then a standard walbro 255.

I am currently going to be running a dual walrbo setup, and if that doesn't seem to work out i will be going with a dual 044's

the walbro isnt a fuel pump, its a gaddamn pocket vibrator. size-wise i believe its smaller than OE.

might as well buy a Z32-TT or Supra fuel pump.

as denso makes the pump for the supra, soarer, etc etc...

its a good pump. i had the z32 and now i have that instead.

good info and a couple hi-flowing pumps and comparison @ different fuel pressure..

bosch 044 is still best overall for over 500hp
