It looks like an eBay downpipe.

And about the KA fitment...it will fit, but you need to add a good 3 inches to it, cause they hit the floorboard on KA bottom mount setups. This causes the flanges to sit like this \/ instead of ||

(I'm not shitting on your thread, i'm saving you from later issues/bad feedback)
