digital gauge cluster swap!!!!

so i was at the junk yard today and came across a 89 240sx that had a digital gauge cluster in it so i grabbed it and the sub harness is it possible to swap the 89 digital gauge cluster into my 93 240sx that has an analog cluster?

yes it is i have one in mine and its pretty easy just unplug the harness and subharness then plug your digi harness and subharness in. digi cluster is wayyy better than analog mine is full of white leds good luck!! oh and swap out the tachometers 89-90 wont work for dual cam motors.

swapped everything except the tack and none of the lights work except the the brake light oil light gas light etc. when i turn the head lights on none of the actual back lights work but when i shut the car off and take the key out the mph will come up for a split second. is this because i didn't swap the tacks out Or is the cluster just bad all together
