WTB: Aggressive wheels with tires-nor cal-18.9.5

Hi im looking to buy a set of wheels and tires. Im located in the bay are looking for something with at least a 18x9.5 +22 offset for the rear min. I have about 1100 cash and looking for rays, work, varrstoen, enkei, ssr. can be without tires depending on the wheels.

I have the right set for u but I live in so cal I have a set of gramlights in bronze 57s 18/9.5 +22 in 8/10 condition cuz it has some curbage but not major and never have been bent..

For 1100 you can't be too picky
