I was reading an old post, one of 1,000 regarding offset. But, does the width also effect how far the rim pushes outward? Like would a 18x7 +44 be the same as a 18x10 +44?

offset is a measurement from the mounting face to the centerline of the rim, so if one wheel is 6 inches wide and one is 7 inches wide with the same offset the 7" wheel will stick out half an inch more than the 6" wheel. here, play with this, offset calculator (http://toy4two.home.mindspring.com/offset.html)

offset can be changed, diameter cannot. btw, i can't get the RH wheels i want because the bolt pattern is wrong in the size i want, so i guess it should be "diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern" might as well throw in weight, color and number of spokes, those matter to some people too.

the fact is there a lot of different aspects to wheels, we know about offset, you guys need to calm down.

the book..christ. graphic voilence graphic sex graphic violence durning sex and chapters on phil collins, huey lewis and the news (sp) and whitney houston among others..
the book BLOWS the movie away.

its a HUGE book but i finished it in 1 week, i couldnt put it down..anyways, READ THE BOOK!!!

as far as racing harts.

they look like crap. i hate them. cheap looking and ugly design. same goes for that 240sx w/ them on. looks like someone took a crap on it and rubbed it into the door seams. sick (ugly) car.

400 aint bad..i read every night before bed...just finishing up the Bourne Trilogy...Bourne Identity was just the 1st one..:)..so i'll see what kinda progress i can make on Psycho...if it's half as good as you say it is i'm sure i'll go through it in no time..

i heard that about The Beach...i'll have to check it out too..:D

they are just not cool. no way, no how. without even getting into offsets and widths, they are just gross. i never liked them. hart wheels might be O.k. in japan, but racing hart sucks. period. the lip is o.k., but for the money you could get a cooler wheel with just as much if not more lip, e.g. ssr proffesor, work, WATANABES!!!, volk racing, watanabes, that's all i can think of. racing hart is more for hondas than anything else.

Personally, I like the look of some of the Racing Hart wheels (maybe it is because I'm somewhat bias ;) ). There are a lot of better looking wheels (Rays, Advan, etc) but some Racing Hart look good. The only problem I have with them is that many of their wheels are heavy (like the 2 in the first post). I like light wheels.
