Place to buy SR in Mid-A

My buddy just recently bought a 93 240. He wrecked the engine and tranny fooling around on the dyno two days ago. He's never been a Nissan fan so he doesn't know much about the brand or the engine swaps. I know very little of the S-chasis but I do know that the engine, etc can be swap.

My questions is: Is there an recommended place to buy an SR, tranny, wirring, etc on the east coast? We're in southern VA.

Well, my buddy hasn't decided what exactly to do but he knows that he wants power in his '09 KA24E AT. I suggested going with an SR and 5MT swap. Can anyone point me to a good thread that went over a 240sx project built?

Alright, now I'm thinking about a RB26 for myself. Is JEI the #1 for all the US source for RBs? My project car is in LA/Vegas so I'm looking for a RB seller there.

I did business with both places mentioned. I bought a front clip from JEI in Manassas, had it installed on a 240sx, and then swapped to a different 240sx by JE Import Performance in Balto. JE Import Performance did a great job. The wiring is clean, and they run a good shop with a number of highly qualified mechanics.

i used to work for JE, so im sort of biased ; ) I'd recommend them the most, unless you want to go straight to an importer to try and cut some costs(which will be negligible anyway)
