Auto 97~98 fusebox are different than manual 97~98 fusebox?

Whats the different?

Current doing 5 speed swap and notice that missing 2 plugs from the auto fusebox. Do I really need a manual fusebox or not?

There are some additional plugs with any auto car. You don't need to swap them over, but you will need to bypass the "park/neutral" switch by looping the two thick 12ga wires together so it'll start.
