Did you check your timing? Upgrade cams? Anything you did to the motor before the problems had begun?

NO CEL usually indicates you might have something minor affecting a larger counterpart

I would suggest to you if you say that everything listed above had been checked--

-Recheck your Fuel pump and check for metal shavings around the filter
-Grab a friend and have him turn on the car.. Rev it up as you wiggle the engine harness for any shorts or bad connections
-If worse comes to worse pop off that valve cover and start looking inside.
-Rocker arm (shim buckets) & chain guides... notorious KA's

these all could be possible factors but it really comes down to everything you check and if you can eliminate all the non-existent problems

if its not electrical and something minor top end then SOL.

Sounds like an ignition system problem. Check coil ,distributor cap, rotor, plugs and wires

Sounds like that or a FPR problem.....

Since you replaced some components already, follow the Service Repair Manual and test the Camshaft Position Sensor, Crankshaft Position Sensor and MAF (actual test and not just cleaning it)

yea check the iavc and the voltage of the injectors and if ur injectors are good u might be running lean cuz of injectors being dirty or done put an after market fuel pump
