Hi everyone. I'm new here and just wanted to say hi. I'm a former 240 owner ('91 black se), and am kicking myself for ever having sold it (it broke down on me on the way to a final...I was a little upset!) After coming to the conclusion that its the best #### car, I'm looking to get a new one in the near future. I currently drive a GSR, and while its not bad, and desperatly want to get back to RWD!!
I'm also interested in auto-X, have been watching for awhile and someday hope to participate.
OK, that's me in a nutshell...

Nope, no mods...knew I wasn't going to keep it long (even though I've kept it longer than I had planned). I'm thinking about moding my 240 (when I get it!), but I need to decide on which class to auto-X in first...

Welcome to the forums Beth. I am actually just about as new as you are. But I have made them my new home.
Welcome to zilvia.net!
As for auto-x classing, these links may help.

or were you saying your planning your mods around what class you want to race in? Either way, good links...and again welcome.

When you get another 240, I recommend starting in E-Stock (its home class) until you get a feel for the car and the type of driving. Then you can add mods to up-class into STS. Generally the 240 is a great competitor in ES, but it gets tougher after you start moving up. What region are you from?
Welcome (and hurry up and get a car - spring starts the autox season)

Hippo - I'm from the Southern California region...but I don't think I have the guts to compete this spring...No, I'm sure I don't have them. But I'll sure be there watching!
