And coming on Zilvia asking for sponsorships isn't the first place to start let me tell you.
Try actually putting together an appropriate personal proposal/portfolio and presenting it to corresponding investors. You've potentially tainted your opportunity by unprofessionally "asking" for a sponsorship.
Do some more research and try getting in contact with a company your particularly interested in.
and...your age is showing. Unfortunately your from Canada, but it doesn't surprise me.

sponsors can care less about underground wanna be racers.
u have to go out to tracks and compete in some races and hope a sponsor is out at the track and by some luck notices u. u have to have skills, unless u only gonna show ur car, then it wont ever see the track. u got to have a standing and be atleast a little known in the racing community before u start getting perks. lol. with that being said, good luck.

Btw mostly all sponsors don't like cars that are daily driven they prefer a car that's just strictly track so the engine won't be racking up miles everyday. Just a heads up.
