And now I got another problem. When my engine is cold, and I go to put in it 1st, it is such a pain and wants to grind. Then when I shift it also grinds. But when I start driving it for about 2 minutes or so it drives normal. Also, when it is cold it catches all the way at the bottom of the pedal, like I barely let it out and it catches (I like that), but when it starts to shift cleaner, it catches like midway up. What the heck did I do? Should I try re-bleeding my cylinder? Also, I was taking out the free play in my clutch pedal and I noticed I have some fluid coming out of my piston inside my cab off the master cylinder. Is this a bad seal?

sometimes when you change slave, the master cylinder will die
mine did and so did a friends
replace master, rebleed the system
also get rid of the dampner box. wussy stuff.

Does the entire master cylinder unit die, or just the seals? I noticed the fluid on the inside of my car before I changed the slave cylinder. Whats the dampner box?

i dotn know
a new MC is under 60 bucks at the auto store..that's all i need
dampner box
clutch hardline goes from MC to little box thru that and then to the rubber hose to the slave..
get rid of the dampner box and route the hardline to the little rubber hose
alos if you want directions on it>
