yeah maybe a parts store, oh wait i forgot uhhhhhh my motor is not from america and they dont have the exact parts at parts stores........

Helps if you say what motor it is for.

I assume S14 SR with the 3 rib non-hicas pump based on you difficulty. You aren't going to find that belt size in US stocks. 4 ribs are easy to find.

Are you in LA,CA or Louisiana?
