stretched tires

hii, do most tires places do stretched tires or just some?
I did some research and most of the places i found in monterey
want to charge like 100 dollars to put in new tires and stretch
does anyone know a place in monterey or new that can do it for
not a ridiculous amount of money?

all tire places should be able to stretch tires. if they're charging you more than the usual price to mount tires, then go to another place. mounting tires is mounting tires. Unless you're trying to put 195 on 9 inch wide wheels. then some places might have to use the blaster.

i usually go to a rim shop so they wont scratch my wheels on their machine.
