You rebuild my e46 M3 motor i give you my G35 clean and clear title in hand

hey guys so im looking to trade my g35 for someone to rebuild my e46 m3 motor. Its active autowerke stage 2 supercharged and methanol injected... i blew it a while back and havent even ripped into it to figure out whats wrong... guessing blew some internals. its has the smgII tranny in it so the ecu will also possibly need retuned .. not sure though because the tune should still be good. I will only do the deal with a licensed mechanic and a reputable shop... no back yard jobs what so ever..also the work will need to have some sort of gurantee behind it as youd get with any shop. i just dont have the $$ to send it to vac motorsports and have it gone for months.... let me know if anyone would be interested

UP for trade i have a 03 g35 with 140k(dd highway miles) on the clock.

The full nissan 130k service was just done. (water pump, timing chain, valve adjustment, new clutch, wheel bearings, ect battery) cost around a crap ton haha.. I have the paper work just need to find it. If not im sure its on record and I can get a copy.

s54 engines are easy, you just have to have a lot of BMW special tools :D
