I'm having problems with my sr20det. These problems started happening recently.
problems: idle is fine when I start my car up and driving for a little then after driving it around and coming to a stop, the idle drops from 900 to 750 then slightly fluctuates from 700~800 constantly. It never did that a few days ago until I left it sitting for 3 days. With that problem came the bad gas mileage.
so I was wondering if you guys think one of my possible solutions can be it.
What I did right before: I messed with the iacv control screw a little and the tps. My idle was at 850 after I did that. I also added a catch can. But everything was fine after I did that and I drove it like that for a few days nothing was wrong. I use my power fc to check the knocking and etc.
A few days later I came to a red light and I braked pretty hard at a red light and I think after that I think it started doing that.
My predictions to what the problem may be:
1. I was boost leaking somewhere before the turbo and exhaust leaks on my exhaust system and problem got worse.
2. air bubble in the brakes system?
3. bad o2?
4. timing?
5. HELP!! please!! I ran out of ideas...
