wierd s13.4 conversion

I was looking around google months ago and seen some s13 hatches with a wiers frontend conversion but now i cant find them anywhere it had s14 kouki hood and lights but popup s13 aftermarket bumper and fenders? If anyone can give me some info on this i would be grateful this front conversion looked siper sick thanks

after searching for 20 minutes i found no such car, if you were talking about that bright green one, it has an s13 hood on it not kouki s14
