Need a hole saw & drill..

Due to my SPC a arm hitting the top of the wheel well on 350z, im going to have to cut the well..from under the hood. I preferably need 1inch hole saw but could use one smaller than 1.5 inches. I would need to borrow a drill(?)(fast enough to cut the metal, looks like a pretty thick metal) to use the hole saw also..:(
i never got to borrow a socket last time. Hope someone let me use the drill and hole saw :)
NEED IT ASAP. Will pick it up from you.

EDIT: i only need a hole saw. I can borrow the drill from my friend.
