Lips should definitely be redone..
Rears are obviously not bolted in, but the seal is still in tact.

Yes I have the bolts.. Just have yet to put them back in.

If you read the very 2nd line of my post you will see that the rears are R disk. The lip is like 2 or 2.5" or something.

No the wheels are still sealed why would I provide extra sealant for the bolts.
