What happened to this red zenki s14??

Okay, so I sold my s14 here on zilvia about 4 years ago to a guy in Washington named Ian. Originally it was from here in Cali.

I'm just curious what happened to it because I miss the damn thing and just wondering what it looks like now and where and who owns it? Ian still have it? Im not looking to buy the car back but I've always wondered what it looks like now or what happened to it.

The only difference is that the buyer Ian, wanted bronze MB Battles? on them at the time of sale so he drove home with those.

For everyone asking about the color code, I dont remember it or have it anymore. It was written down on paper but I sent it to the owner at the time (Ian). The color was a PPG color called "black cherry candy". Took out all the orange pearl that was in it.

Selling the car wasn't a fail because I knew/know that I can always buy another and at the time, the car wasn't as important as there were no more track events up in norcal. Now there's tons of events going on so I got to thinking about the car again!

As for the gauge set up, it was motorized to move up and down so I can hide them anytime I needed. There's a link somewhere on this board about my gauge set up with a video.

Also the steering wheel is a MoonEyes wheel! Not a Grant Classic fyi. LOVED IT! And loved the shift knob as well and still have it in my daily right now. Only complaint about the knob which Im sure many people know is that it's not heavy enough for my liking.

I STILL want to see pictures of it if you happen to know about it turtle90!

It would be nice to have it back and a very cool story! Right not would not be the time though.

It's an Origin front bumper that was cracked due to a raccoon and bicyclist (his fault). Haha and Version Select (Vertex) sides and rear.

oh shoot i have those before-blown up body kit pix...and i ALWAYS thought that was fatlace marks car because of the jlines and the kit and the drift unit stickers.

never put 2 and 2 together because i also have the after pictures!

Yeah, Mark is a friend of mine and at one point, our cars looked identical except his car was green at that time.

I thought about purple also. It was either brown, green, red, or purple with tons of shades/tones!

They werent my rims. They were my friends rims that I needed to barrow for whatever reason it was at the time. Chrome would be nice though but I also liked the green too.

AWESOME! Cool to see what the car has gone through in the past 4 or more years. I see steering wheel change, new wheels, painted the intercooler all gloss black, and an Initial D? sticker on the hood. lol.

When the guy bought the car from me, I was under the impression that he was going to do a lot of fab work and adding a cage (which was my next mod for that car) but I guess that wasn't done?

I'm looking forward to seeing more pics if anyone happens to have any or any other history of the car. Mods or subtracting mods?

BTW guys, I'm loving this thread also. I think it would be a lot more interesting if I sold the car 10 years ago so there is more of a history/change to the car. 4-5 years is pretty long though.

They're Jline's 6SL2's with the step lip. Forgot the width and offsets but they were 18's.

I dont think Id be willing to buy her back right now. As much as I want another s14 or maybe an s13, Im not sure if Id build up another one. Lately I've been thinking about doing a Corolla ae86 as I've always liked them but never could get around to consider buying one. If I got one, it would be another weekend/track car but awesome enough for a daily!

i am the new owner of this 240 i got a sponsorship in it on my first run on the track with this monster

its in good shape kinda taken apart, finishing the gauge pod in the airbag spot i didnt even know this was there until i accedntly poped it up reaching under the dash lol, put a new 6 puck ceramic clutch 2500lb pressure plate, has no front bumper/ rear bumper/ or sideskerts all were harmed from the last 3 owners when it came to oregon, the diff is going out ive been told its a 2way?? sucks if it is i have to weld it, has white rays wheels on it 275 35 r18 rear, 235 35 r18 front. needs body and paint work, someone took out the red bride seat and replaced it with a r32 skyline drivers seat for some dumb reason lol pics soon to come

i dont want to but its not right, it only locks both wheels say about %30 of the time other than that its just doin the one wheel wonder burn out n wont get sideways for anything, in a straight line burnout it will lock both wheels n burn them both instantly threw 4th gear but as soon as you try to hit a corner it just doesnt lockem, i just had it serviced hoping it would fix the problem but no luck any suggestions?

Fyi, its a kaaz 2way. Buy a rebuild kit rather than a welded diff. Sucks that some parts were taken off. Probably because they wanted it for their new cars. The gauge setup SHOULD be good to go. The owner after me only had to wire it up for power which I didnt have time to do. Anyways hit me up with this pics/vids after the event eric.
