any FWD Sr20DE from a sentra SE-R, G20, or NX2000

...I have a bunch of those... pay postage and you'll get it. $2 via USPS. Might take 2-3 days though.

Same thing happened to me, I would have been pissed but then I realized I broke the bolt and didn't strip the threads in the head THANK GOD!

I ended up walking around in a junkyard looking at japanese cars with the valve covers off. Found some in a Toyota. I think they will be fairly common, I think it's just an M6 x 1.00 bolt with a long gap between the head and threads?

Although they might have common thread patterns - might not have the same tensile strength. Hit up Russell @ nissanparts.cc - he prolly can get you one

Frsport might have one

Or that guy a few posts above

i did this on a KA. broke 3 of them taking them out. I just bought some bolts at a hard ware store and ran them for 3 or 4 thousand miles. I don't see anything special about the bolts. They aren't holding much torque at all. just grab any decent grade bolt if you can't find a "factory" one

I replaced all of mine with studs from mcmaster forever ago...just get the OE pitch thread and length and go that way. No more snapped bolts FTW>

Hate to bring this back from the dead but do you remember how you removed the broken bolt? Just broke the same bolt. Any help would be awesome.

that's the fun part! I usually use a centering punch and start poking it in a form that pushes it to rotate out...if it doesn't rotate will need to drill real carefully! I know some buddies have also used a small screwdriver to form an x and screw it out

I used a small flat head , hit it with a mallet till it made a notch then put the flat head in the groove then luckily I was able to unscrew the cam cap bolt!! Also fr sport sells them .

You can tap punch hammer patterns in the sheared top, or hit your local whatever for an extractor to reverse it out with. Usually if you can pound a screwdriver into it you'll hammer enough indent to simply back it out. just don't slip and chip off half the tower.
