It is in good condition, there is a tear in the drivers seat on the side that faces the door. Other than that the steering wheel has a bit of ware as well as the shift knob but those are general ware items.

There are a couple small nicks and dings on the car, noticeable but not too bad. There are two things worth mentioning. There are suffs on the front bumper from the PO pulling into his garage and letting a chair scrape up on the bumper(don't ask....). Car also has a little bumper sag from a hit and run a couple months ago, was sitting at a light and some lady just taps me from behind and just drove off. Was enough to cause the bumper to sag on the drivers side about 1cm.
Overview -
I have had this car since november of 2008, I had bought it from a local via craigslist. This car started out as a auto without LSD and this past November I swapped it out for a 5speed transmission with LSD. This past summer I had put a turbo onto the stock DE. Engine is VERY clean and does not burn oil or consume coolant. Oil changes are done every 4k miles with Mobil1 full synthetic with K&N filters. Engine has responded very well to the boost and have not had problems. Both axles have been replaced with new EMPI axles along with a brand new oil pan from nissan. The tune is very safe and a little on the rich side but better to be safe than sorry. This car has taken me safely all over the midwest and no doubt in my mind I could drive it cost to cost without issue. I just got back from a weekend trip down to SIU down in carbondale which is a 5 hour drive each way and it didn't skip a beat. Title is clean and clear, carfax reports zero accidents.
Passed IL OBD2 emissions about 4 months ago, car has ZERO codes.

AEM Wideband/Prosport gauges
Hallman boost controller
I can include the gauges at an extra cost if wanted or install gauges of choice by the buyer if needed.
