I’m selling a 1980 RX-7 with a 357 ci Chevy engine. This is a full blown drag car. My fastest time in it was a 10.92 at 124mph. The engine has 1 season on it (specs below),
the transmission has two seasons on it, the tires have one season on them. NEW stuff on the car includes: engine, transmission, driveshaft, shifter, tach. Other things on
the car include, kirkey racing seat, 5 point G-Force racing harness, switch panel (ignition, fuel, fan, water pump, line lock, reverse, headlights, start button), gauges
(oil pressure, water temp, brake pressure, fuel pressure, tach), 5 gallon fuel cell, line lock, electric fuel pump, electric fan, plexiglass windshield, aluminum wheels,
10-bolt rear end with 4.56 gears, 4-link suspension, Mosier axles, skinny tires up front, 11.5in slicks, transbrake, Cheetah shifter, rollcage. I have pictures of the entire
engine build as well as all the receipts and part numbers. I raced it at Silver Dollar Raceway in their bracket racing series in the Pro ET division. It does run consistent
times. I’m selling it because I need the money and I’m going in a different direction with motorsports. There is nothing wrong with it. Get in it, crank it up and go racing.
It is a good car if you are looking to get in to drag racing as well. It goes straight down the track every time. It can be foot braked or left off the transbrake. Internals
will hold a little nitrous. It weights 2,400 lbs.
