I am sadly getting rid of my 1995 240sx. I have poured many hours of loving labor into this car and its time for me to part ways due to other priorities in my life.
I bought this car 2 years ago with a blown t25 turbo on it. This wasn't my first 240sx I have build or had, it was my fourth. I also just recently sold a turbo 2003 350z that I built. I went to school for cars and worked in dealerships, and the metal fabrication so I have extensive knowledge in the field. I wanted to build a full track car with no interior to only drive on the track and once in a while whip it on the street. In the pictures you could see what mess of an engine bay I started with, although the chassis is in great condition except for some rot in the trunk spare tire area. I fully dismantled the drive train and suspension and replaced it with all new parts and reconditioned parts such as the sub frame and some brackets.
All parts on the car are brand new never been used yet.

I have done so much work on this car so I will break it down into sections and then a final parts list at the end with over 100 pictures.
Engine and Transmission.
I pulled the motor and trans and labeled and strip the motor completely. I then stripped the motor itself- every bolt, valve spring etc. I had the block and head cleaned. Resurfaced the block and head mating areas. Bored the motor .020 line honed main bearing caps. Had the crank checked, oil holes chamfered and polished all bearing surfaces. Head had a radius valve job done, full port and polish. Match port the intake and exhaust manifolds and gaskets. Every gasket and seal in the motor has been replaced with oem parts except for clevite main, rod, and thrust bearings. Motor was all checked and assembled very methodically and in specs with the fsm except for different torque specs due to parts like arp head studs which a different. Cam timing is set to true tdc by 2jz and vq35de building legend Vinny Tenn from vinnytennracing.com using titec adjustable cam sprockets.

I removed the sub frame, stripped it and painted it with epoxy black paint. Welded differential, stripped 300zx brakes, powder coated and all new seal kits. New brake and clutch master cylinders.

There are probably some parts that I left out, as you can see its quite extensive. I still have the door panels and center console and all dashboard pieces including gauge cluster. Also have all oem parts I took off and extra turbo and extra misc parts.
Car still has all aero parts as in the original picture.
