Water Leak in Driver's Side Cabin

The interior of the S14 I purchased is stripped with no carpet. I have noticed ,in the most recent rains, that driver side floor board slowly fills with water. This morning, I noticed a drip in between the foot rest and clutch area. Also, I noticed there is water leaking directly behind the driver seat, and it puddles up. Do you guys have any ideas as to what could be leaking in these two areas. I want to fix this issue before I re-install carpet inside. Thanks guys!

sunroof??? not sure about the front.

the inside plastic panel over the wheel well is held on by plastic fasteners. it leaves holes in the wheel well which lets water in and it drips down the inside of the car.

Thanks guys...I'm going to take a look at both of those this week. Where does the sunroof leak from that is would cause area under the front seat to flood?
