That big-ass rust spot underneath my beautiful foam spoiler is really bugging me. Has anyone found a solution for this?

how deep is it?.....if is itnst really down in there just go 2 autozone and get sum rust to black primer...its in a spray paint like bottle.......if it really deep in there just remove the spoiler....said it down..and if it goes true just use sum body and fill it in and sand flat

this may be way off topic because i don't remember reading that you had a rust spot on your car...this is may not be something you need to hear...but, "sand, primer, paint"...

I don't know how deep it is, but I was considering sanding, priming, and painting. I never heard of "rust to black" but I think I'll go look tonight. Thanx!

haha! i was typing that at the same time you were.

The problem with sanding, priming, and painting is that, well... it will leave a big-ass paint spot on the car. The car already has a lot of paint spots on it... I'm not exactly happy about that, but... I don't know if I should just wait until the time for a paint job comes...

it works great on not-so-deep rust...as long as its not all bubbleing and stuff...just stray and wait
