Did Takata change the logo on the belts again?
What color box do they come in?
"Takata Corp." was on the old style belts... but your belts don't expire till 2013

Would you sell me just one harness for 250? Or your trying to keep the pair ttogether?

I was told that these were replicas. Pretty good ones at that IMO

so if they are replicas then why are they $500? j/w

so when were you going to mention to me that these where replicas? just wondering considering we were discussing trading straight up for my bnib kaaz and you assured me these were legit. thats super shady dude, glad i trusted my gut. if you still want my diff its going to cost $600+s/h i have no interest or need for replica harnesses...regardless if "they're pretty good in your opinion". you were seriously going to try and sell those as the real deal and rip someone off...luckily someone had a good eye and blew your shit up.

For the record I never stated they were authentic. You were looking to trade for these exact harnesses from someone else and offered to trade you mine.
It was brought to my attention these were replicas. I'm just trying to get back what I paid for. At the end of the day, theyre a sweet set of harnesses for half the price only with the old logo.

You guys do realize authentic takata harness, ONE, sells for 450+, so for two BNIB legit harnesses you are looking at 900 or so, 500 for fake ones may be a little high considering prices of sparco or other legit harnesses but still not bad... You act like he was ripping you off, if these were real, technically you would be ripping him off, especially for a 600 kaaz used diff... You guys need to do more research before trashing this dude

1. takata's go for 380 a piece
2. these wouldn't be brand new, fia certs are for five year increments iirc...that would make these 3 years old (whether they were bnib or not when your talking about a product with a shelf life time is money)
3. the diff is brand new. it was taken out of the box, test fit in the housing and removed. retail is 1100+s/h...
regardless of whether or not the dollar signs even out...the fact remains that these are fake and all persons who showed interest should have been notified of that when they showed interest. bottom line...the title needs to replica or fake in it...

This is true. Not bashing on your thread but it would be nice had you mentioned they were replica's because for a quick second I even thought they were real. 500 seems a bit too high for something fake.
P.s. so you're saying you bought them for 500 off someone else knowing they were fake or did the other person 'forget to mention' it aswell?

You can tell by them seven cross sticthes on the belt unlike the four cross stitches on the authentic Takatas.

1. This is a 5pt harness, 450+, you can feel free to show me your '380' price tag
2. 100% agree
3. Retail now is 1100, you were asking 600, 500 difference there, your diff is 'brand new' like his harnesses it sounds like. Something is missing from that equation.
I agree with your last ramble, but when the seller didn't even know they were fake until it was brought to his attention, it's not his fault. The cats out of the bag now, you are no longer interested, why are you still posting? Give it up and let him sell his harnesses
