I have had my 98LE turboed since 5k miles, fmax kit number 2, I have over 20k now and have a new probuilt engine after having a stock piston ring land break at 17K

There is no other way to do an oil return line without drilling the pan. I've looked at pretty much every other possible way, to the point of having a secondary collector to drain to, to let the oil settle, then running it through a line to the oil drain plug. It just won't be as good as draining right into the pan, and probably wouldn't be worth it (mostly running into probs with the adapter into the oil pan clearing bumps and debris... if that gets knocked off, kiss your engine good bye).
Ask anyone running a turbo... oil backpressure in any way = very very bad.

Yes, Revhard makes a manifold for the KA, have a look here: http://www.revhard.com/parts.html
It is number 6 on that page.

Well it depends on what engine you get s14 is 220 with the stock boost. Can't the engine handle up to 14psi with stock internals. Also in my case I'm going to buy a beater 240sx prolly with well over 100k, I wouldn't want to turbo that I would prolly rather do a sr swap cause it would practically new car

And I was asking why the newbies are all hyped up about SR's. People are too lazy to do any research for themselves these days.
An SR will handle more than 14psi, but on on the components it comes with.
A KA can handle 14psi (a 1997 motor has already done so for an extended period of time).
My quote from Yury at the last boston meet was $7000 for an S14 engine with an FMIC and HKS BOV, installed. That might get me near 300hp, but not over untill I can get a bigger turbine. If I was willing to deal with the downtime, I might have gotten an SR, but the streetability of the KA, the fact that I can get a spare KA easily for a couple hundred bucks, and the fact that it's already in the car are more appealing to me.
S13Grl: tapping the oil pan has to be done with the pan off the car, ideally. It's been speculated that you can do it while it's still on the car using certain methods to prevent shavings from entering the oil system. It might depend on if you want the engine to last or not though.... to sacrifice a single day to drain oil, jack the front end up, drop the front crossbar or lift the engine a bit, and break the gasket seal and drop the pan to drill it, then refill the oil after waiting for the gasket material on the pan to harden after reinstalling it.
