The Good:
Clean
Fast
Never been down since I've had it

The Bad:
Previous owner dropped once while walking it into garage
Fairing kit missing a few screws (previous owner)
Few scratches here and there

*Ignition coilpacks
Yamaha issued a recall for the coilpacks back in 03. This bike has never had the warranty work done. I brought it into the dealership (HYR Honda Yamaha of Redlands) to get the work done (no charges). The bike actually runs better and faster!
