I saw these rims on ebay...

...and I was wondering if anyone has ever test fit Jeep wrangler rims (5x4.5) onto their 5 lug 240sx? I know they're not practical, but the bolt pattern would fit (5x4.5 = 5x114.3). Does anyone with 5 lugs have a buddy with a Jeep that could lend their spare tire for a test fit? Just an idea.

That would give mad cornering skillz yo.
...erm,yeah. Interesting idea.
Ive thought about it, but no. Caravans have our lug pattern too and come in Mesh wheels. lol.
Anyways, arent truck wheels like -20 offset. They do make some truck wheels with the correct offsets however. Go to Discount Tire and say your interested in some and slap em on there real fast and see if the spoke design clears.

I've found this company on the net that makes custom wheel spacers....and I'm contemplating having them make me some 5x114.3 to 5x120 adapter/spacers. I know you will say "why...thats stupid"...but...there is a certain BMW rim that I've fallen in love with (search Ebay under "Rondell #72" ...pic included below). These rims are 17x8.5 and 17x10 with a lip that doesn't stop....and they go for like $800-$900 on ebay. Also you can get replacement center caps for them to replace the Beamer logo with a "Hamann" center cap. Anyways, for the wheel lovers out there, I dont think having a collection of wheel conversion spacers would be a bad thing...especially since there are some nice OEM 5x120's out there...and you never know when you may run across some dude cutting you a deal.

wow those are some sexy OEM wheels. BMW never ceases to impress me with their stock wheel selections. I paced a 5-series for miles one night just to watch the wheels spinning...
