Hey guys, it hurts to have to put this up for sale, but it turns out that medical bills are booshie, but have to get paid...
This car has been in the building process since December of 09, and was just fired up for the first time about 2 months ago. When I bought it, the motor had a busted timing chain and that had broken the head off of the exhaust cam... so the head was taken off resurfaced and rebuilt, with a 3-angle valve job. The bottom end of the motor turned nicely and there was no play whatsoever, after dropping the oil pan and making sure everything was perfect, the head went on and the rest of the car was pieced together.
Since running it has made a treck up and over the grapevine to Buttonwillow (3 hours each way) to watch the bobs donuts event, and then a trip to willow springs for test and tune on balcony, driven there and back.
