we are parting out my bosses R33 engine that spun a bearing. it happened on the dyno and we towed it back.... caught it right away so damage was minimal. Spun #6 rod bearing. Crank will need a micropolish.

this is the journal on the crank that had the spun bearing... as you can see the damage is minimal and a polish will solve it

spun bearing #6 and the thrust bearing looks tired too..... was rebuilt under 10k miles ago.... im assuming the engine builder gaffed the #6 rod bearing clearance

The oil pump, what is the flow rate? Is this the oversized pump?



Very interested if it is still for sale and in good working condition, hopefully no hidden problems with the pump itself; I'd rather save a grand and buy this over the Tomei.
