J yards are close knit communities for the most part. I know one of the old school programmers of parts prices that still seems to have an upper hand in computing programs (he was the originator of cross reference...like a 67 chevy drive shaft fit a turbo 400 69 camero) so they are computerized and pricing is stable..mostly...the key is to call them and ask...if I buy something and it does not work out...what are your policies? and also if a defective part..??
Return, replacement, refund..
Just know their policies.
Junk is junk..it is hit and miss.
I usually let them know I know what the hell I am doing and get a contact name in the purchase and call them once it is installed for an "all clear" or...dude, I missed something, I will be back in a few..You are basically in control...you screw up, you "can" screw up.
It all can be a taillight warranty, once your tailights dissapear, game over.

Yeah i had a follow up on this question. When i went to D1GP i picked this magazine called "LA AUTO GUIDE" "Japanese Auto Magazine" (im from the bay area) and saw an add for "Milano auto dismantling" and it looked pretty good. Anyone deal with them before? They look to have some sweet clips and jdm front ends. Thanks

My friend is good friends w/ the owner, and i've been kicking it down there at the shop. As long as you know what you want and don't bitch about things, the owner, Chris is a cool guy. From the prices for things that i've heard down there, its a good spot. Ya....the guy is a crazy ass/good drifter. He took me out the first time I met him and boy... hahhaa.
