18x7.5 +42 with brand new tires 95% life left.

hey guys i have some 18x7.5in rims with brand new tires on them they were used probably two weeks if that. i believe theyre +42. they look like bmw wheels almost. these are pretty much good for whatever. they have some scratches on them nothing too deep or noticable. not bad wheels for 250. im not sure what brand they are though.
ill take trades too. im in desprit need of an exhuast right now anything will do. also any silvia parts or a safc? idk im open to alot so hit me up with offers also no shipping pick up only or meet halfway depending how far you are away.
