I know theres been a thousand of these threads but I went back months and didnt really find anything. So my slave cylinder went out, but to get it in the garage I had to start it with it in gear and limp up the driveway and in the garage. It started fine before to let it warm up but after I changed the cylinder it wont start.. It just cranks and cranks.. I can smell fuel and the pump primes but it does seem to be a little loud and whiny. FPR or relay/fuse?? anything helps.. I want to go drive in the snow more than anything in the world right now.. only if the betch would start. FLAME ON

are you sure the pump is priming? i had to change a pump this saturday and it "sounded like it was priming but was just loud and sqeaky) and it fixed my problem. easy way to tell is get a shop rag and go into the engine bay and find the fuel line that goes to the engine. unplug it and have someone in the car quickly turn the key to the crank position and turn it off quick. if no fuel comes out, its the pump (like in my case) or maybe the filter if your always running the car on a 1/8tank

Double check you didn't knock any wires loose when you did your slave cylinder replacement.
Like double check the distributor (s13) that you didn't knock the wire to/from the coil loose.
