I sent 240sxfamily $110 via paypal on 11/9/10 for an sr oil pump. He never sent the oil pump and only responded to 1 or 2 of my messages after I sent him the money. He also then opened up a new thread on zilvia trying to sell the oil pump again. ( http://zilvia.net/f/sale-items/355729-buy-my-stuff-so-i-can-buy-my-mom-christmas-present-haha.html ) On his threads he says his name is Nick Merrone but the name on the email address he told me to send the money to is Dennis Choi. The email address is [email protected] I am going to file a report with paypal and then keep calling/emailing him until something happens.

dennis choi runs verve motorsports..I know him personally...nick marrone is some 16 year old kid thats sells all this shit around here...both parities live in my area

I know both people as well. Something Probably got lost in translation going between the two guys. Its not like them to leave something like this unattended to. Ill say something to them.

i also know both parties and ive never personally bought something from them but i know there pretty legit for the most part. Seeing that they run a legit business, if the problem isn't solved then put that shit on blast. i understand its only $100 but there a business and they're supposed to be professionals.
