is a 95 and 96 wiring harness the same?

cause isnt the 96 obd 2? so is there a difference in them?

95 is OBD 1, 1 wire 02 sensor vs the 3 wire on OBD 2 cars. I had a 97 and a 95 and the harnesses are also different where they connect to the chassis harnesses.
