Do they come with tires if so what brand and tread life? How much you think it will cost to have the damaged repaired?

no tires. and i dont know i guess it would vary from place to place. seeing as i dont have plans to do that i haven't looked into that option sorry

The most common quote I have gotten here in california is about $100 a wheel. Sometimes cheaper.
