s13 gas tank leaking??

Alright so on one side of my gas tank, everytime i park i look under on the ground there is a small puddle of dark dirty gas. it looks like oil cuz its so dark. i can see it on the gas tank. a little while ago i remember seeing a little moisture on the plastic part on the chassis(kind of like a flap) that goes around the gas tank. would it be the gas tank itself leaking? or maybe the o ring on top? because that o ring expanded and i had to cut it and re use it but for months its been fine. idk any imput will be appriciated lmk

This post cant be real. Nobody is dumb enough to cut the o-ring that seals their gas tank. Why would you ever cut an o-ring. Thats your first mistake. Its expands when you unbolt the pump and pull it out. Now go replace it and fix your problem.

P.s. it looks like dirty gas cause your tank and unside of your car is dirty like every other 240 in USA.
