Includes Bumper, trunk lid, tails, harnesses.....how hard would this be to swap onto a 95?

I didn't notice it when I first started learning about the S-chassis some time ago, but if you look you'll see that the S15 has a flared rear end. The trunk is also completely flat, and wider (S14s are ridged upwards towards the end).
Were you to do a "rear end conversion," you _will_ give up and eventually just settle for a taillight swap. This can be accomplished by cutting, and a lot of fiberglass and bondo, and has been done before.
But it won't look that great-the rear will look really cramped.

I know, I notice, but I kinda like it (wouldn't do it) but I figured if you go S15 front why not do a tail light conversion as aeontony stated. If I somehow came across more $ I wouldn't mind doing a taillight swap as opposed to the entire rear conversion. Sorry guys but I'm new to the 240, so I'm learning...I'm a Honda man converting to Nissan, and Hondas were soooooo much easier to understand cause everything is swapable lol.

Step 1: buy a sawzall, or other metal cutting device, a cutting torch would be good too.
Step 2: Go to a local shopping center where lots of bland people hang out.
Step 3: Locate Pontiac Grand Prix(this step is really important)
Step 4: cut off tail lights and/ or rear end
Step 5: make fast getaway
Step 6: take one of thoes metalic Sharpies® and write SyLviA on the backs of the tail lights, and cross out any pontiac emblems.
Step 7: go to body shop and pay huge sums of money for them to fit them to your car
There you go, ultimately you will have spent large sums of money to make your car look worse, but what the hell, its now JDM

Notice how the ad neither suggests nor implies any custom fabrication. If the person who wins does not know what he/she is getting into, they are going to be quite amused.
true i think the bumper would stick out on the sides
