Anyone have any clue how much power I could make with this? (looks kinda small) The guy only wants 120 dollars, says it's in good condition. Local guy.
Is there a bottom mount t3 manifold, or some type of adapter I could get to make this bottom mount? Or should I just run it top mount? All the manifolds I have seen for a KA are top mount t3/t4 and have an external wastegate flange, so I'm thinking if I can't find a bottom mount I'd have to weld the external wastegate flange shut...or something.

It's a T28 turbo with a T3 footprint
From KA-T
i run this turbo on my S13. the RB20 turbo elbow wont work, it hits the steering shaft. the rest of the down pipe you will probaly need to make. you are correct on the T3 foot print. i think it uses the T25/28 JGS oil line kit but you WILL need to make a banjo block to hook up the feed and find the correct bolt for the turbo. search for threads i made on this over a year ago.
the turbo is the mutt of the turbo world. its the only one of its kind but uses various other flanges and foot prints.
they come with a 10psi WG from the factory. you also cant clock it with out making a wastegate bracket.

uhhh yeah RB's are T3 turbos.
rb20 turbos are kinda small, should make over 200, but will spool fast.
buy a T2 flange bottom mount manifold, cut off the flange and weld on the T3 flange

I believe Jordan Gladman makes t3 manifolds for the ka. The rb turbo should fit nicely on it.

Do you think I'd just be better off with a S14 T28?

They're both similar turbos, but because the t28 is a t2, there are many more plug-n-play options for the ka. You can make the rb turbos work, you'd just have to fab up an elbow/downpipe setup. If you don't want to/cant do that then an sr turbo would be more practical for you.

Yes. or S15.
