Cluster Demons!!

Ok so i have a 1991 nissan 240sx dual cam. It was auto-5 speed swap. Everything was working good up untill i changed my cluster to a hud cluster. The car has a viper alarm which the wiring looks like straight ass.And an aftermarket stereo hard wired to original harness, Here are the problems:

half cluster lights work, and alternate blibking from side to side,
check engine light stays on even when the key is removed
Coolant temp rises all the way.
only the right front speaker works
all stereo wires where rewired to fsm
fuel, tach, speedo dont work on cluster.

Please help!!

I know its stupid but hondas have these problems and mostly a bad ground somewhere go back over things and make sure grounds are solid

I know that the HUD cluster needs some sort of harness to work right (going from analog to digital). I don't know if your car has it or not, so that might be something to check

we have the harness for the HUD cluster to the actual dash, Is that the one you are talking about.

I'm not an expert on this subject, but I think there is an additional harness or splicing that is required to make the digital cluster work

searching around the site, I've seen it here a few times

yea I have searched, right now my buddy just wants the original analog cluster back in, Every problem started from when he switched from the hud cause the speedo and tach didnt work on the hud.
