I have PeakBoost's top mount exhaust manifold.

It has a T3 flange on it. They don't include studs with the manifold?!!

So I needed some T3 studs...
I did some research and found that late 1980's 300ZX has T3 flange.
I ordered those studs from Nissan p/n# 14416-V5300

THEY DON'T FIT! WTF! They are too big!

My question is, does anybody have this PeakBoost manifold and how did they attach their turbo? I have a Garrett T3/TO4E

Thanks

lol

they most likely use 10x1.25 or 10x.1.50

u can use bolts also pending clearance

I tried bolts but because of the twin scroll design I have very little access to the bottom side of the flange.

Do you know where in particular I can buy these sized studs?
Hardware store? Automotive store?
Do they have to be a special because of their exposure to high temperature?

p.s. - i would call peakboost and ask them what thread sizes but i heard they are currently in shambles... which is not surprising.
It took me 6months to receive my manifold, turbo, wastegate. After countless hours on the phone with KEN, a BBB dispute, and multiple claims with AMEX.
I finally received everything in separate shipments..
I had the manifold ceramic coated and they did a piss poor job. It chipped in one place due to poor surface preparations. I just pray to god my welds are good.

The peakboost manifolds are not metric threads IIRC, I think you need a domestic stud. Take it to a bolt shop and figure it out.

They are not metric. Take it to Ace with you, that's where I got mine. Make sure you get grade 8 or stainless nuts.

its as simple as drilling and tapping it to whatever size stud you want to use if you cant find the correct one

I used bolts and with my precision 50 trim it was a ROYAL pain in the ass to get one of them that is almost directly under the center section. Needing a friggen crows foot, swivel, extension and it still worries me. If I ever get bored and decide to take it off im switching to studs and nuts. I do believe they were 3/8" its been a while since I replaced them with I did my build.

Studs are 3/8, ACE Hardware should have some decent grade ones to use temporarily.
