For still shots:
ISO 100
lens: 70-200mm f/2.8
aperture: fixed at f/2.8
speed: variable

For drifting shots:
ISO 100
lens: 70-200mm f/2.8
aperture: variable
speed: 1/80 most of the time.

that's about it, hope it helps!
