Hello i would like to share with you guy something I've been working on. So sit back and enjoy this build because i know i have lol..
Ill start from the day i got my car it was maybe 6 to 7 months ago, i bought a clean stock s14 240sx autotragic lol. Not only did it not run but it was sitting for about 3 years under a tree and cover in green shit and if that wasn't enough the motor was half taken apart but i saw allot of potential and bought it.

And these are pics that i took after i cleaned it its not the best but again i guess its the only one i have. by the way this is a se model with out a sun roof and perfect almost perfect interior there was a small stain on the carpet.

Ok back to the story so after 3 days after i bought i took the head to the machine shop got it cleaned and resurfaced bought a brand new hg and water pump and thermostat.Took my time and cleaned all the gunk and all that crap that builds up and bought a new intake mani gaskets and replaced all the corroded vacuum lines and after 2 days my car was running and it turned on during the first try. I drove it for maybe a day or 2 and took the motor out and sold it (My s14 sr was on its way lol). Sorry i didnt take any pics and i suck at build threads lol.
So after waiting a few days later i finally got my s14 sr20det motor man was that thing freaking dirty and i felt really disappointed. So after about 16 hours on cleaning it with a tooth brush i got it spotless. Its allot of work and it takes allot of motivation but the end result is priceless here is a few pics.

But before i even got the motor i already had a plan and a hp number and allot of ideas. So the motor was taken apart regardless how clean it was because i knew what needed to be done. So i got a new front cover/oil pump, tomei oil pan (stock one sucks balls), apexi metal hg 1.5mm (that would lower the compression even more), Arp headbolts and a brand new water pump and all new seals.

I also got very lucky and scored a really hard to find Trust/Greddy t67 turbo kit. This thing would be real easy to put on but too bad we are not in japan and this thing didn't even come close to fitting the usdm model 240sx. The manifold was hitting the steering shaft and needed serious modifications. so after a few hours i got everything all modded and ready to be put on but first here some pics.

So with this big mod i new i needed some serious tuning tools and big ass injectors. So with that said i bought a brand new Apexi Power FC Djetro (deletes the hole maf and uses a map sensor). Also got some Sard 850cc injectors and decided i wanted to make a baller oil cooler set up so while i was at it so after few grand i had this.

Then i thought and said, "fuck i need a bad ass clutch if i want any power down" and my first choice was the exedy hyper single clutch kit which i got brand new. This thing is bad ass real expensive and so pretty lol.

So if i haven't spent enough money already on all this stuff. I still needed some coilovers and to me you have to pay to play so instead of going with what most of 240sx owners go with (Meagan,k sport or some more Chinese crap) i got me some Cusco zero 2r's these coils retail close to 2500 and so far im the only one with this specific set in the great USA that i know of.. Also decided to go with some Wedsports SA-70 18x9 18x10 on the rears and this how my car looked like with them on. Plus i got a real apexi dual n1 cat back i hate the big can look.

So dropped the motor in to find out the mani needed more modding, so i put a v clamp tial wastegate and a vclam downpipe and boom everything was supper legit.

So after really thinking and allot of debating what would be best for a daily, i came to the conclusion that this turbo set up was just to much for me and it just wouldn't be suitable for my everyday needs. So with that said i sold it to a very cool guy and it was a sad day in the 240sx world well not really hahaha.
So here we go again i bought a gt3076r turbo and bottom manifold and greddy turbo elbow so after a few grands i had this very pretty set up.

Everything was going good until our family car started to act up and this was our only form of transportation. So i got real scared and needed this thing up running and i was nowhere near finishing it. So with much regret i decided to part with it and just after i got my kouki front end too lol.. but i knew what needed to be done so i sold my motor and turbo, engine management and fuel set up and clutch and allot of motor parts. But i was having real problems selling everything else. Also i somehow fixed our daily and i wasnt in a huge hurry to sell anything anymore. So now im like fuck what do i do now? so with much thinking i decided to star over again lol.

So this time around i decided to say fuck it and just went real simple because i wanted this thing running asap so i place the order for a new s14 sr20 motor
got it in and this thing was clean. But only to find out they sent me a s15 motor with a s14 sr20 ecu the ecu didnt even bolt up. So after talking and bothering the importer they sent me the a new engine harness that i had to cut up and extent and modify to fit the 240sx. So here we go i took the turbo off and all the harness and took the tranny off and cleaned everything again..... Decided to only upgrade the turbo manifold to a tomei expreme unit and did all the turbo lines in an fittings also got a new greddy eblow and rsr downpipe which this thing is a work of art. Also decided that the exedy stage 2 clutch was plenty enough for me so i got one. Also decided that the oil pan just needed to go so i got a real greddy oil pan and of course i got all new gaskets and a new water pump and new seals.

Also i needed new intercooler piping sense the hole turbo set up change so i got a greddy unit along a brand new hks 3 bov. Ohh and not to even mention i went ahead and upgraded the front brakes to 300zx brakes and got some bad ass conversion lines. I also converted the car to 5 speed and i deleted all those crap metal lines and upgraded to a an line for the clutch master to the slave. i always hated the stock kouki front bumper so i got the Origin kit and this thing just made my car lol

But im not done lol i still needed a boost controller and needed to wire up the electric fan. then i got started thinking, man i have so may wires tucked everywhere and the thought of having more made me ape shit. So with allot of research i found out that the stock clutch fan pulled more than double that the FAL set up does plus its always running and just makes everything look so much more cleaner under the hood. The only thing with this is you'll have to get the fan shroud form a jdm s14. So i ordered a brand new one from Nissan after i installed everything and made everything look super legit and allot of help mostly motivation from Paden and Brandon (friends). I got this bitch to start and it started the first time too, Man what a relive and that night i called everyone at 12 at night lol super happy...

But things still needed to be done to drive this car i needed to get better rotors and bleed the hole brake system and ps system and clutch system so with some help from Paden and Brandon (Friends lol) i got this thing ready. Took it for the for test drive thing fucking moves but the car was way too low and scraped everywhere and not to mention after i went down the street i had burned threw the body harness and none of my electrical shit worked. Plus my ps was real wakky and decided to take the belt off for now and raised the car about 3/4 of a inch and added a little camber and fixed the harness and i was ready to go.
Also installed the greddy electrical warning gauges for the boost and oil pressure. I still need to get a wideband and took the car for a new test drive boosting around 1bar thats about 15psi this thing fucking moves like really haha.
Now all i need is a paint job and it would look legit as fuck but uhh ohh Houston we have a problem. Our daily is fucking up and the wife and me are tire of the damn jeep. So after much thinking and allot of planning and managing our money we finally got a new car and we had to get a Nissan. My wife fell in love with the Nissan Juke and it was the only one at the Nissan dealer. After looking at it i must admit this thing is cool looking but to make it even better the interior is fucking nuts and its turbo and get bad ass MPG i think close to 35 hwy and 25 on the city compare to 14 the jeep got lol.

So after about 6 months and allot of shit happening and different set ups and hard work and late nights we are close to now. So after allot of thought and help from my Big brother, I got a bad ass deal on the body work and paint job. The actual job was going to cost me around 3500 that's sanding refitting all the panels (kit and front end) and bad ass paint and bad ass everything. It ended up costing me only 1700 because my brother knows the owner and painter. I had to jumped on it and that's where it is now Im just waiting for it to get done and ill update this thread once i get more shit. I don't plan on drifting this thing or racing this is simply my everyday car and i wanted to make it as reliable as possible. i still need to get a jdm grill and fit the blinker lights and get a kazama oil catchcan and some kouki tail i hate my 95 tail. So i know its allot of reading so have fun lol :D
