Ok guys it kills me to do it but I think it is time to get rid of my Nissan.
Good:
Redtop SR20 DET w/ aprox. 40,000 mi (still very fresh)
Full turbo-back exhaust w/ downpipe, deep bass sound not ricer at all.
Manual boost controller - currently just pushing stock boost.
Stage III Apexi Clutch/Flywheel (Really stiff and the most responsive I have ever driven)
Tein springs all around.
Kouki 180sx Tails.
SAFC 1st Gen.
HKS Boost Gauge in Bar
Clean Professional Battery relocation.
Rare JDM Blitz wheels in the rear.
Z-Brakes up front.
Power windows / Locks / Wipers
Rattle canned Flat Black - I was gonna put this on bad(ish) but I have seen tons of rattle can jobs and this one came out really nice. But w/e.

Dual cooling fans hooked to ignition wire (always running)
Cx Front mount intercooler w/ all aluminum piping and silicone connectors
HKS SSQV 2nd Gen Limited Edition Black
All fluids replaced, Royal Purple Tranny fluid.
Bad(ish)
Headlight motors are shot so they are rigged to stay up at all times.
Several interior pieces like the plastic pieces are not installed but ARE included. Just a matter of putting them in.
There is a dent in the rear passenger quarter panel and another on the driver fender closer to the door.
Shoulder belts not installed, I'm almost positive I can throw in the S14
seatbelts to make up for this though.
No climate control (not like you need it) or radio installed but I have an extra head around here somewhere that can be included if it is an issue.
All in all this car is awesome. It has never been tracked or blown up. I have either installed or directly overseen the installation of everything from the ground up on this car and can assure quality work. I plan on starting my premed classes next semester and that stuff isn't cheap. Any trades should be a reliable car that can make several 80+ mi trips a week as I will have to commute to school. I would love to get a manual trans but it is not mandatory. Looks are not really important but nothing crazy. I am not picky. I am sure that I have left some things out and it's raining like hell so no pics yet but those will be up soon.
