Without contact Mines with the information on the chip, or knowing a competent tuner who is able to extrapolate the information,it's probably impossible.
FWIW: Most of the 'JDM" ecu's are tuned for Z32 mafs and NIsmo 555 injectors...that doesn't mean other options don't exist...but that the z32/555 setup seems to be the most common

Your motor will have a life of about 3-5 months...and that's if you have access to 93 octane...if 91...cross your fingers...

Japanese market high octane, not US market high octane
I forget the damn term that explains the differences, google it.

I somehow got a blitz access ECU.... Never used it because no one I've found has been able to read how its set up. Stick with the R.S. ECU and ebay the mines imo

I actually got an Email response from Mines saying.:
Q3)
I have a Mine's VX-ROM. And the plaque has a serial number on it.
Can you tell me its tuning contents through this number?
A3)
We can not tell you its tuning specs only by this serial number. If you give us its numbers and letters on either side of VX-ROM through e-mail with attached photos, we could give you some information such as its maximum boost pressure, Speed Limiter, vehicle year and etc...
If you are in Japanハand send us your VX-ROM., we can check it, confirm its tuning specs, and send it back to your own expense.

The serial number is located on the side of the ECU, mine are "01562420-WA18F01G08WWW" can you please ask for me or give me the email of Mines? :wavey:

The shop that swapped my sr in told me that it came with an 'aftermarket' ecu, and so finally after putting about 3000 miles on it, I decided to check what it was...
I saw 'mine's', and I started getting really worried.
It's just my DD, I don't have the boost turned up, and I always use 91. I'm talking to them to see if they will trade it for another stock ecu.
Please tell me I'm not tripping out. I don't want my engine blowing up.
I've never heard any pinging, and it doesn't backfire or anything in high rpms.
Someone please talk to me, cause I've heard that while there was a higher octane in Japan during the 90s, the grade of gas was grade 3, versus the U.S.'s grade 1, which meant the Japanese had higher octane, poorer quality gas.

I don't think you should be tripping out but you're right to be cautious. In jsut my experience most of the Mines ecus that come with SRs are 'boost up'. Thats the actual spec you see listed in the sellers notes. Japan based members might be able to tell you more. The usual spec is
downpipe
fmic
boost to 1.0bar( this part, its either with an aftermarket boost cotnroller or the stock boost control solenoid.)
exhaust
(sometimes injectors)
When you got your engine did you see any spliced wwiring or fancy vaccum lines that could've given you clues as to what else it had?
