sr20 s14 wont exceede 70mph!!!!!

Well... I am working on a 95 s14 with a stock s14 blacktop sr swap with fmic and basic mods... mph speedo was def off so we switched to a oem kmh cluster now it "pegs" at like 195 kmh and jus bogs... the governor is kickin in how do I get rid of this problem? Any coments or suggestions are definatley appreciated... same prob on my s13 redtop swap... also ran insane up to 70mph until I installed boost gauge a/f ratio gauge and volt meter????? Now it bogs under WOT and even under normal load?????? Ugh...

Cut the wire from the speedo to the ecu. Then you can go infinity mph. I think its pin 42? and a green wire?

You installed a boost gauge, check for a boost leak.
As for the governor search, it has been covered countless times.

Oost leak test came back fine but thanx... I did a little search but didn't come up with anyting... thanx a lot!
