WTB:S13(norcal area..deep norcal)

Im having interest in buying another s13 since i sold my car recently. Im looking to buy a car in the norcal area and within a 65 mile area radius My zip code is 95953(live oak- 1.2 hrs north of Sacramento) Im looking to spend around 2000-2900.
Some traits im looking for:
*clean title
*smogged(for proper transfer, no b.s. about how it should pass)
*Ka motor must be there in which the year it was produced for
*5 speed(good tranny, no grings or pop outs)
*140-170,000 miles or so. I can also deal with high mileage chassis with *rebuilt motors or lower motor swaps.
* one solid color, no primer, bodywork, multi-colored cars
*decent body(i understand its an old car) no huge dents, wrinkles, cracks.
*stock as much as possible( i really don't wanna pay for your mods but i can work with you)
* no zenki bumper....i hate it
*No gutted interiors or molested interior ex: interior paint, mismatched parts/colors, torn apart dash/center console from experimenting
*please all electronics have full function

Im just trying to make it clear on what im looking and the distance i am willing to drive too. Please no stupid offers or cars out of my range. I will ask so many questions before i make a trip. Ive been dealing with too many flakes and liers lately.

thanks i stalk and prey on craigslist. I had one in mind but the seller is impossible to reach or make a meeting so im giving up on them.
