I just bought a new car and I got it shipped here to phoenix from Missouri... I'm kinda new to the owning a 240 thing but no stranger to the drift scene.

I was hoping you guys could recommend where to go online to buy legit parts. Most of these websites are incredibly generic and seem a little sketchy. Send me some links of where you guys get your stuff (esp. appearance mod stuff) thanks

Well here's one: 240SXMotoring - Nissan 240SX High Performance Parts and accessories at Competitive Prices (http://www.240sxmotoring.com/)
Ebay and Craig's List are also really good places to look first when buying anything.

^x2 and frsport.com best of the 2 form sponsors.

Also if ur going to start "modding" your car right off the bat my 2 cents is coilovers, and suspesnion work first. ONLY! no motor crap like intakes/exhaust and all that bs.

I actually got a pretty sick deal. Its a 92 Coupe with a stock rb25det in it, doesn't run yet, it needs a new wiring harness and ecu. but its got fully adjustable ksport suspension but i gotta convert it from a 4 to 5 lug still and put some real wheels on it. Its also got the full skyline tranny, axle, gears, a welded dif. and a custom drive-shaft. Aslo a stage 3 spec clutch, Apexi Exhaust.

But its hideous, minus the body kit. its two-tone orange and black (baRF) over a full fiberglass Origin Wide-Body Kit (30mm in the front 50mm in the back) but that paint is gonna be the first thing to go believe me. Also has a roll cage, carbon fiber seats, and a pretty stripped interior, no a/c etc.

I'm mostly lookin for exterior shit. I was think about makin some of my own parts, spoiler, lip, etc but i was wonderin what my options were to purchase...

thanks for the websites, definitely some solid ones. I got some pictures posted to...

This a new car to me, I bought it for 5k on ebay and had it shipped to Phoenix all the way from Missouri.. Seems to be a great starter car. The Rb is less than 6 months old and has less than 5000 miles on it because it has not been running for the past 5 months, lol. But it just needs a battery, ecu and wiring harness so she should be cruisin in a couple weeks.

Opinions Please... haha, don't hold back, I know the paint is hideous. lol

you're brave to buy a ricy looking car with a swap you haven't seen run. as lots of halfassery may have been involved.

but considering it runs good ect, with a little dericeing it could be nice..

lol at the steering wheel saying drifting...

but for 5k its not a horrible deal..

best of luck to you and your new car.. i hope to see some updates with it looking how it should!
