1995 240sx SR plus mods!

Im selling my 1995 240sx s14 because i have some bills i need to pay :( and i dont have the money to fix it (duh lol) $3200 obo and not parting out so DONT ASK, and no trades if you read, i have bills and expenses cash is key.
previous owner babyd the car, i had it for 2 weeks before buying most of the mods new. Hit and run happened 1 day after getting it back from the shop, car has not been driven hard sense its only been driven to my house or almost there. All put the bad first has a smashed front end, you need to bend back or replace the core support, headlights, hood, radiator/fan/power steering belt this is a perfect car for Kouki conversion (sr still runs perfetly! might have a exhaust leak from the hit) the body is still straight what happened is a "awesome" driver in a truck ran a red hit my car and took off so not much i could do about it... feel free to contact me come by and check it out!
ok here is the mod list!!! ALL parts are brand new with 10mi on them just driving it from the shop to my house!
-Engine
s13 Sr20det about 65xxx on it SMOG GOOD for almost 2 years got it smoged about 2-3 months ago :)
brand new HKS GT RS turbo upgrade (installed only 10miles on it) $1900 new
Greddy type R BOV
New 3in ISIS GT exhaust (10miles on it)
downpipe (car is catless and 3in all the way)
HKS type-1 turbo timber (brand new just installed)
ISIS type-M front mount intercooler (10Miles on it)
Apexi intake
clutch was relaced about 200 miles ago
-Suspension/footwork/breaks
Silkroad coilovers race spec (very rare!)
Big break kit in the front $1300 new
SS break lines
350Z rims tires still have good tread
-Inside
brand new Kenwood headunit ( matches HKS turbo timber)
new eclipse speakers needs sub but super clear

i took a lot to try and show the intercooler was unharmed, sorry iphone pics so not suuper nice quality (older iphone). if you want any more let me know of what. forgot, the exhaust came with a silencer so its not so loud

Smog is only good for 90 days for title transfer. May want to make it clear whether it has been 2 or 3 months.
